Chopped the ribs into pieces, marinade with
salt and pepper powder for at least 1 hour.

Heat the wok with oil and fry the ribs until
golden,mix well, add sugar to taste.
3.
Bring to boil then reduce the heat to simmer
until all the sauce are absorbed and serve hot.
