Golden Soup With Needle Mushroom

Ingredients:

Needle mushroom  200g

Fat beef slices       300g

Garlic                  Dash

Red chili              1 pic

Green chili           1 pic

 

 

PRB Yellow Lantern Chilli Sauce  3tbsp

PRB Rice Vinegar 100ml

Sugar                3tbsp

Salt                  1 tsp

 

 

1.     Put the garlic in the pot, then add 500ml water and heat it, then put the PRB Yellow Lantern Chili Sauce、PRB Rice Vinegar、sugar and salt.

2.     Put the Needle mushroom、Fat beef slices evenly，cooked 2 mins，then take out and set a dish.
