Baked Codfish with Soy Sauce

Ingredients:
200g Codfish, about 6x9cm
15g Onions
25g Carrots
15g Celery,
25g Coriander stem and root
15g Ginger chips
Seasoning:
2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavored
Superior Dark Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Cooking Wine
Dash
Salt
Method:
1. Cut onions, carrots and celery into 6cm long
sticks, mix with ginger chips, coriander stem and seasoning.
2. Use the above to Marinate the codfish for 30
mins.
3. Deep-fry the marinated codfish until slightly
golden. Then wrap the codfish in aluminum foil and put into a preheated oven at
200℃ for about 10 mins.
4. Take
out codfish, dish up then serve.
